through this... Together

Determining Eligibility

First, we need to assess your eligibility and identify the programs you qualify for. This involves gathering information about your situation and comparing it against the eligibility criteria of each program.

Submitting an Application

Most applications these days are submitted online, which can be intimidating if you’re not tech-savvy. However, I’ll provide step-by-step guidance. Alternatively, there’s a paper application option available to simplify the entire process.

Renewal Letter

If you’ve received a renewal letter but are uncertain about its contents or how to proceed, I can assist you. Together, we’ll review the letter and determine the necessary next steps to ensure a smooth renewal process.

Medicaid Coverage Changes

Transitioning from full to partial Medicaid coverage or losing eligibility altogether can be complicated. After a recent Medicaid Redetermination, many individuals are experiencing shifts in their coverage. It’s vital to ensure your plan matches your current status to avoid significant unexpected fees. Whether facing partial coverage or loss of eligibility, timely action is key to managing costs and transitioning to a plan that matches your eligibility status.

2027 Benefit Card Changes

Food and utility benefits are not automatic in 2027 for Medicaid recepients. If offered by your plan, you must meet all three SSBCI requirements: a serious or medically complex chronic condition, high health risk, and need for intensive care coordination. A diagnosis alone is not enough; your plan must verify eligibility first. Your approved OTC benefit remains available even if you do not qualify for food or utilities. Food or utility benefits received in 2026 are not guaranteed for 2027.

I am committed to helping you understand and maximize every available benefit, including support for everyday needs that may ease financial strain. Your well-being is my priority, and I will work to ensure you receive every benefit to which you are entitled.
